1️⃣ Service Description
Mahadev SMM Panel provides Social Media Marketing (SMM) services including followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement metrics for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Telegram.
⚠️ All services are delivered according to platform policies. We are not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or Telegram.
2️⃣ Account & Wallet
- Accounts are automatically created — no registration required.
- Your account is identified by a browser cookie. Do not clear cookies without noting your User ID.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-refundable except in cases of service failure.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts found engaging in fraud or abuse.
3️⃣ Payment Terms
- All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Minimum deposit: ₹2. Maximum: ₹1,00,000 per transaction.
- Payments are processed via BharatPe, Paytm, and other gateways.
- Balance is credited after payment verification by admin.
- No refunds for services already delivered.
- Partial refunds may be issued for incomplete orders at our discretion.
- Fraudulent payment attempts will result in immediate account ban.
4️⃣ Order Policy
- Provide the correct social media link when placing orders.
- Do not set your account to private after placing an order.
- Order delivery times vary — some services may take up to 72 hours.
- We do not guarantee permanent retention of followers/likes as social platforms may remove fake/inactive accounts periodically.
- Cancelled orders may receive a partial refund based on delivery completion percentage.
5️⃣ Refund Policy
- Eligible for refund: Order not started within 48 hours, wrong service delivered.
- Not eligible: Services fully delivered, customer-provided wrong link, account set to private during delivery.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of order placement.
- Approved refunds are credited to your wallet balance, not to your bank account.
6️⃣ Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use our services for:
- Hate speech, harassment, or illegal content
- Payment fraud (using fake UTRs, duplicate payments)
- Reselling without our written permission
- Automated bots or scrapers on our website
- Any activity that violates Indian law
7️⃣ Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be announced via site notifications.
8️⃣ Limitation of Liability
Mahadev SMM Panel is not liable for:
- Account bans or penalties by social media platforms
- Loss of existing followers after our delivery
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Service delays due to third-party API providers
9️⃣ Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
